International shipping method

We offer EMS, DHL and FedEx for shipment.
Customers can chose one carrier among the three above.
If "cheaper carrier" is selected, we will decide which shipping carrier to use.

Shipping Options

DHL (Worldwide Express) & FedEx

We can ship via DHL & FedEx up to 220 countries and regions at reasonable prices.
They are ususally faster and take better care of their packages compared to EMS.
Many large-sized parts which cannot be sent by EMS can be shipped via DHL and FedEx.

DHL and FedEx ship products up to 220 countries.
* Depending on the product, there may be restrictions in some countries and regions.
* Additional fees may apply for certain countries and regions.

Estimated Delivery Time

On average, it takes 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination for packages to be delivered to customers.

Other factors, such as national holidays, weekends, customs clearance, delayed payments might extend the delivery time.

Even for the countries that EMS is avaiable, it is expected to take longer time than usual for the packages
to reach the destination, due to COVID-19 impact.

Please contact us for tracking numbers if you did not receive it. You can also check the estimated delivery time on DHL and FedEx website.

Shipping cost differs depending on the destination, weight, and the size of the package which includes any packing materials,
such as bubble wrappers.

Once we receive a payment, we will send a confirmation email. If we ask you some information related to the shipment,
kindly respond to us at your earliest convenience. If any information is missing, we cannot proceed with the shipment without
customer's confirmation or approval.

EMS (International Express Mail Service)

We also offer EMS shipping for packages up to 30kg to over more than 120 countries and areas.
Some products might be too big to ship by EMS.

Generally, EMS provides thier service to various countries and regions.
However, for some countries, EMS shipping is limited to certain areas.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, EMS deliveries to many countries have currently been suspended.
Kindly note that we may need to ship with a different carrier even if you chose EMS as your shipping method.

Depending on the product, there may be restrictions in some countries and regions.

The average time required for EMS delivery to the designated destination country will take approximate 5 to 15 business days.
Other factors, such as national holidays, weekends, customs clearance, delayed payments might extend the delivery time.
